Each candle, herbal blend, and offering is hand-crafted with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for preparation before shipping.

Our offerings travel with trusted carriers like USPS or UPS, guided safely to your door. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your sacred parcel leaves our hands, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

While we protect each creation with intention, external delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or any unforeseen circumstances.

RETURNS

Should a vessel arrive cracked, a candle broken, or a tea blend harmed, contact us within 3 days with clear photos at 𝒯𝑒𝓂𝓅𝓁𝑒𝓌𝒽𝒾𝓈𝓅𝑒𝓇𝓈@HeavenlyInspired.love

We will lovingly review your situation and may offer:

Because each item is a hand-poured, hand-blended ritual creation, we do not accept returns for used or opened products, unless they arrive damaged.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet begun their sacred preparation.

Lost or Stolen Packages: 
Responsibility passes to the carrier once marked “Delivered.” We recommend tracking your offering and contacting the carrier if needed.

International Orders: 
Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Shipping times vary depending on your earthly location.
